10 Thaksin University Thaksin University has started a policy and system to help with research, innovation, and technology creation. These include research-based knowledge management for use and commercialization to create value and prepare the community, society, and nation for international competition. Thaksin University has also been working with network partners to combine social knowledge and technology with science, technology, and health science in order to become the University of the Localization.
