19 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Thaksin University: The University in the Park Nowadays, air pollution is one of the most significant problems affecting our health. Having a place to get good air for fresh breath is a good way to also have a good life. Thaksin University opens the university area for both internal and external people to utilize the area and facilities for good health and mental health; as a result, the university arranges the campus area as a green park to service students, staff, and people in the community nearby to come for exercise, play sports, and do activities in the fresh air. More trees are planted, more flower trees are added, and more areas are decorated to be in the theme of GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING 3 Green Park. It is called the provincial ‘Lung’, which provides good air. Songkhla Campus is located in the city area; good air is needed. Thaksin University, Songkhla Campus, is therefore a source of oxygen, enabling people to get good breath and diminish polluted air, smoke, or dust.
