30 Thaksin University TSU Social Innovation Fairs 2022 Thaksin University aims to be the center for social innovation, leading the university to present research outputs and innovation to the public and utilize them, including research knowledge exchange in terms of technology and innovation in several dimensions. On October 3, 2022, Thaksin University organized the TSU Social Innovations Fair 2022 to organize related activities: 1) Innovator and Inventor Development Program 2) TSU Inventor Award 2022 3) Research and Innovation Exhibition. There were 355 participants attending the activities at the Fair. INDUSTRY, INNOVATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE 9 Rubber Plant, Faculty of Engineering: Infrastructure for Learning The Faculty of Engineering, Rubber Engineering Program, established the Rubber Plant consisting of machines producing rubber products as the outputs of courses, research, and social services. It is the main infrastructure used for teaching and learning courses in the programs, doing research conducted by lecturers, students, or even persons from other organizations who request to use it for academic purposes. Moreover, the plan is used as a learning resource for high school students. Frequently, high school teachers bring their students to the Plant to learn about rubber engineering and also attract their minds to study in the field at Thaksin University. As a result, it can be said that the Rubber Plant is not only beneficial for TSU students but also any other interested persons as a social service.
