25 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Gender equality is crucial in the fight against poverty and hunger (SDG1 and SDG2). Education for women can be a primary pathway to reduce inequality (SDG10), and women need to play a role in creating a just society (SDG16). Education is a human right and an essential tool for achieving equality in development. Non-discrimination in education allows both women and men to have equal opportunities for learning and educational qualifications. Literacy among women is a crucial tool for empowering women and enabling them to participate more actively in economic and social development. Gender equality is vital in the fight against poverty and hunger, with education for women serving as a primary pathway to reduce inequality. Women must play a role in building a just society.
