30 Thaksin University The university’s overall energy consumption represents a significant portion of usage that impacts the lifestyle of students and staff. Providing energy-saving options not only enhances healthy living conditions but also helps reduce costs, which can be beneficial for development in other areas. Our lives should have access to health-supporting factors, including air, food, and water. AFFORDABLE AND CLEAN ENERGY Solar Rooftop to be the Green University Thaksin University has announced an energy conservation policy that has been in effect since 2017 and was reviewed in 2022 in accordance with the Ministerial Regulations prescribing standards, criteria, and methods for energymanagement in controlled factories and buildings of 2009, as well as Sections 27 and 31 of the Thaksin University Act of 2008. The aim is to establish an energy conservation policy to serve as a guideline for energy operations, promoting the efficient and optimal use of energy.
