38 Thaksin University TSU Student Innovators Coworking Space for Startups and Entrepreneurs Furthermore, policies are being developed to promote students through the social innovation and entrepreneurship fund, with Thaksin University’s main driving force being the Science and Social Innovation Park, specifically the T-SEDA department of SSIP TSU, which supports and encourages the continuous development of students, alumni, and startups each year. Emphasis is placed on inspiring, fostering entrepreneurship, and incubating new entrepreneurs, with an active expansion plan across both campuses of Thaksin University. Additionally, the university recognizes the importance of creative workspaces for students, such as coworking spaces that provide basic facilities, allowing students to work with high-speed internet, basic office equipment, and modern work areas in a relaxed atmosphere. These spaces are intended to foster creative thinking, enabling students to meet, share ideas, and engage in creative thinking for business planning, which could lead to the creation of startup businesses. Currently, Thaksin University lacks coworking spaces on both the Phatthalung and Songkhla campuses.
