40 Thaksin University TSU Enterprises Co., Ltd. The university has established TSU Enterprises Co., Ltd. to drive the university’s innovation business and facilitate joint investment. Thaksin University has issued the Thaksin University Regulations on the Establishment of Legal Entities for Joint Investment, B.E. 2565 (2022), to promote and support the development of the country’s innovation ecosystem, aswell as to encourage the commercial or other beneficial use of Thaksin University’s knowledge, research, technology, or innovation. The Thaksin University Joint Investment Legal Entity Executive Committee has proceeded with the establishment of this entity as approved in the committee’s 2/2566 meeting on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, to set up a joint investment legal entity named TSU Enterprises Co., Ltd. The entity was registered as a limited company under the Civil and Commercial Code at the PhatthalungProvincial Commerce Office on November 27, 2023. Thaksin University registered the establishment of TSU Enterprises Co., Ltd., a legal entity for joint investment, under the drive of TSU Holding Company.
