46 Thaksin University Thaksin University launched the Ethics regarding food and supplies in 2021, and there was an additional part in 2022. RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION Thaksin University has allocated space for the community to engage in agriculture, encouraging nearby households to establish sustainable, safe food sources. This pilot project includes cultivating a variety of crops, such as corn, cassava, peanuts, morning glory, chili, Chinese cabbage, and aromatic coconuts. The initiative aims to address poverty comprehensively and accurately, enhancing the community’s economic and social capital. Additionally, the university serves as a bridge, fostering collaboration between partner networks and local farmer groups.
